Thanks, I appreciate it. I keep a stash of sugar cubes behind the bar for Old Fashioneds and Champagne Cocktails (sugar cube + bitters, topped with champagne).
Old Fashionds (brandy) are huge here in Wisco
Oh I have some friends who live up there. They continue to tell me I'm wrong for preferring bourbon or rye. :)
I wonder why they don't lean into Sidecars more.
