For some reason, the more concrete modern history is much less fun than the rumors, half truths, and legends of the pre-prohibition era.
Those rules are tremendous
It sets the mood. The place is fairly small, reservations are strongly recommended as they have only a small amount of bar seats that they do not reserve out.
